Cancellations/No Shows:
We strive to provide timely medical care to all of our patients.  If you do not show up for your new patient appointment, we may not reschedule it.  You may reschedule in advance, but if the second appointment is missed, you will not be scheduled again.  If you miss your appointment without advanced notice or cancel/ reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hour notice,we reserve the right to bill you $25.00.
